We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that our shipping does not occur on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days via USPS or UPS.

Canada Domestic Shipping (Fulfilled by Amazon):

Shipping Rates

Return & Exchange Policy

At Animal Acid, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We accept returns on products purchased from Amazon under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, to qualify for a return or exchange.
Products purchased as part of a limited-time promotion or final sale are non-returnable.
Opened or used products are eligible for return only if damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Amazon Customer Service: You can initiate a return through your Amazon account or by contacting their customer service team.
Return Authorization: Amazon will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item and completing an inspection, Amazon will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Products

Refunds

Shipping Restrictions

USA: We ship to all states within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted locations due to courier limitations.
Canada: We ship to all provinces within Canada. However, delivery times and customs procedures may vary depending on the region.
